1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between the pjok4 platform ("Platform", "Site", or "we") and any of its users ("User", "you"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the Platform.

pjok4 is an online gaming platform that provides live casino, slot games, sports betting, and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh. By accessing or registering on the Platform, you become legally bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after any changes will be considered as your acceptance of the revised Terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page regularly.

2 Eligibility & Registration

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use the pjok4 platform:

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are detected under the same person, all accounts will be suspended and bonuses will be forfeited. Creating multiple accounts using the same IP address, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

3 Account & Security

It is your own responsibility to keep your account secure. pjok4 will never ask for your password by phone or email. Please follow these guidelines:

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Do not share your login details with anyone.
• Avoid logging in on public computers or unsecured networks.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, notify the support team immediately.

Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited. pjok4 will not be liable for losses caused by unauthorized access, unless the loss is directly due to a failure of our security.

3.1 Account Verification

pjok4 may request documents at any time to verify your identity — such as a national ID card, birth certificate, or proof of payment method. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Failure to submit documents may result in account closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pjok4 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following payment methods are supported:

• bKash — Mobile financial service
• Nagad — Mobile financial service
• Rocket — Mobile financial service
• Bank Transfer — Major Bangladeshi banks (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank)

4.1 Minimum Amounts

For each payment method, the minimum deposit is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Transactions below these amounts will not be processed.

4.2 Withdrawal Process

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, this time may increase during the verification process or under unusual circumstances. Withdrawal requests will only be sent via the same method used for the deposit.

Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement is fully completed. If betting manipulation or fraudulent activity is detected, withdrawals may be suspended or cancelled.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

pjok4 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Accepting these offers is subject to the following terms:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus of up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. A deposit of ৳14,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 25 times, applied on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit + bonus). For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are counted only on real-money bets; free or adjusted bets do not count.
• A single bonus offer cannot be used across multiple accounts.
• If the balance reaches zero before the bonus terms are met, the bonus will be forfeited.
• pjok4 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If misuse of a promotional offer is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on pjok4 follow specific rules. Each game has its own rules, which are described in detail on the relevant game page.

• In the event of a technical error during a game, pjok4 will resolve it at its own discretion.
• Server log records are the final evidence — in any dispute, server data will be considered authoritative.
• If a transaction is processed incorrectly due to a technical error in any game, pjok4 reserves the right to correct it.
• In sports betting, results will be determined according to the announcement of the relevant official body.
• In live betting, winnings may be held until the match result is confirmed.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

pjok4 is committed to ensuring fair play. The games operated on our platform are developed by verified software providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming) and use a Random Number Generator (RNG). Results are completely impartial and not predetermined.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pjok4 platform and will result in account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Any form of fraud, deception, or unauthorized activity.
• Bonus abuse — strategies to profit from an offer with no risk ("bonus hunting").
• Playing using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence.
• Accessing another person's account or hacking.
• Money laundering or conducting transactions using funds from illegal sources.
• Using false or stolen payment information.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or flaw in the pjok4 system.
• Operating multiple accounts or running an account on behalf of someone else.

8 Responsible Gaming

Our total liability will not in any circumstance exceed the total amount you deposited in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant event.

11 Changes & Termination

11.1 Changes to Terms

pjok4 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to provide notice where applicable. However, continued use of the Platform after any changes will be deemed as your acceptance of the new terms.

11.2 Closing Your Account

You may request to close your account at any time. Before closure, any applicable balance will be returned after deducting any outstanding bonus wagering.

pjok4 may close or suspend an account at any time without notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity.
• Being identified as a minor.
• Long-term account inactivity (generally more than 12 months).
